1400 River Road is a blog devoted to the Mark Frost and David Lynch series Twin Peaks, the film Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me, and supplemental materials, namely The Secret Diary of Laura Palmer, and My Life, My Tapes, along with the series scripts.  

Author A.M. is a nearly 40-year-old woman who has been a fan of Twin Peaks since 2013. 

Finding possible remnants of early ideas and theories involving the darker, and more mysterious aspects of the series interests me the most, though I also sometimes enjoy searching for costume and prop replicas when I have the time. I worked with props for a short while, and studied fashion merchandising and style when I was younger. I've been visiting thrift stores for as long as I can remember, and buying vintage pieces since my teens, but my opinions are casual and this blog a hobby. I do not claim to be knowledgeable in the field.

Laura Palmer and the mysteries surrounding her have bewitched me since my initial viewing. I've read The Secret Diary of Laura Palmer more than any other book in my life. I've lost count.
