The Carpet and Claws

In season two, episode one (2.001,  May the Giant Be With You ), Maddy Ferguson has a vision in the Palmer living room. The carpet near her chair rapidly becomes darkened by a stain or an effect called pooling, or sometimes watermarking, which happens when fibers are moved in an opposing direction. The reason I question if it is a stain is that claw marks seem to appear after the darkness has spread.  Notice the marks intentionally raked across the carpet (Below).

A Close Match for Big Ed Hurley's Red Western Shirt

Big Ed Hurley's Shirt, Ed Hurley, Big Ed Hurley Twin Peaks, Big Ed Hurley Twin Peaks

In several episodes, Big Ed Hurley wears a memorable red western shirt that features white, ornate embroidery. He first wears the shirt when he and Special Agent Cooper go undercover at One-Eyed Jack's and is still wearing it when he finds an unresponsive Nadine (1.006, Realization Time, 1.007, The Last Evening). He continues to wear it as he waits outside Nadine's hospital room in episode eight (2.001, May the Giant Be with You) and later in episode 29, when Nadine's memory returns and his dreams of being with Norma are dashed (2.022, Beyond Life and Death).

I found a shirt similar to the one Ed wears made by H Bar C. There are at least two differences of which I am aware. Ed's shirt has two loops in the stem of the flower, rather than the three visible on the shirt I found, and the leaves of the flower on Ed's shirt are hollow, while the H Bar C shirt has each leaf lined.

The H Bar C western shirt

From what I understand, the shirt was made in the 1970s. It is made of polyester and has snap closures, which you can see on the shirt Ed wears in the image below.
