Sid's Western Blouse Episode 12

In Twin Peaks episode 12 (The Orchid's Curse, 2.005), Sid, Judge Sternwood's Law Clerk, wears a white and blue western blouse. Along the front of the blue denim cape of her blouse, we see what appear to be red corded abstract flowers. 

The blouse appears to be from H Bar C, possibly the company that manufactured Big Ed Hurley's red and white western shirt.

Sid paired the western blouse with what appears to be a dark blue denim skirt, a red belt with a silver buckle, and tan and brown cowboy boots.
